Praise for Moms On Top
and this Unique Online Course
“When my husband and I first learned that we were pregnant, we were overwhelmed with joy! We spent years overcoming many fertility challenges in order to become pregnant. But once we succeeded, we felt like we needed some guidance on how to manage the different stages in pregnancy and learn the steps of the delivery process. Gail was introduced to us by one of our Stony Brook midwives, who spoke highly of her program. After meeting with Gail and listening to the many benefits of her classes, we felt her warm demeanor and positive nature was exactly what we needed, and the unique way she structured the course gave us ultimate flexibility and personal attention. We decided to sign up for Gail’s “Mom’s On Top” class and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made as first-time parents. Gail’s course took the guesswork out of our pregnancy and instead, gave us real informative, scientific research to rely on and guide us along our journey.
Each online class she provided was full of concrete strategies we used throughout my pregnancy and the delivery of our son. The follow-up, private meetings after each class allowed us to have intimate sessions with Gail right in our own home. Gail took the time during our sessions to answer the many questions we had and she also reviewed the important points we learned in her online classes during the week. She became not only a coach to us but also our friend. We felt empowered, confident and well-informed on the day of our delivery because of these sessions.
Our actual delivery was full of a few obstacles and it was with the knowledge we learned from her class that we were able to make the decisions that were most appropriate for us. Impressively, Gail was just a phone call away as she helped us embrace and tackle each challenge with grace. She even spoke with us after the delivery to recap and reflect on our experience, which was exactly what we needed at the time. Gail’s course was a life-saver to us and some of the principles we learned in this class we still hold near to heart.
We highly recommend Gail’s course and we are so thankful that we had Gail’s advice, resources and support to use at our discretion along the way. When going through this experience, family, friends and even strangers have advice that can be overwhelming rather than helpful at times. One of the most important gifts that Gail gave us was a sense of confidence and a level-headed perspective. In our opinion, this is the most incredible tool to give a couple that is about to embark on their journey through parenthood. We were equipped to manage every bump in the road because of Gail’s concept of having a toolbox full of “tools” to use along the way. We are eternally grateful to Gail for helping embrace every aspect of our journey. She truly made a positive and profound impact on our lives.”
